Currently leading development of a SaaS product for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) — continuing nearly two decades of work making the systems people depend on actually work for them.
Led cross-functional teams on the Federal Permitting Dashboard — a high-profile initiative to bring transparency, accountability, and faster decision-making to the federal infrastructure permitting process. Recommendations went to Congress and contributed to a subsequent executive order.
Led a water data discovery engagement, bringing together a cross-functional team of Product, Design, Engineering, and Acquisition Strategists. Oversaw stakeholder research, delivered a comprehensive strategy report, and coached the team on modern software practices, agile delivery, and product-driven operating models.
Led a discovery engagement with the Delaware Government Information Center, assembling the right expertise to assess accessibility across 140+ state websites. Delivered a risk and compliance framework and strategic roadmap to meet ADA Title II and WCAG 2.1 AA deadlines.
Co-authored a widely-adopted guide for government technology projects — now used across the federal ecosystem to help agencies reduce delivery risk, improve vendor oversight, and build and buy technology more effectively.
